Alice Stein Headshot

Alice is a growth and transformation strategist with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through innovation, change, and expansion. She began her career at the intersection of e-commerce and emerging technologies, helping brands harness digital marketing and evolve into omnichannel growth strategies that accelerated customer engagement and revenue.

She went on to lead all communications and branding for the North American merger of Vedior and Randstad, creating the world’s largest staffing company. That pivotal experience sparked her enduring passion for change management—navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders, and transforming disruption into opportunity.

Since then, Alice has helped accelerate startups, transform large-scale sales teams, and advise organizations across technology, real estate, healthcare, education, and professional services. Most recently, at Compass, she oversaw a 150-person sales team and a $1B book of business, guiding them through growth and market shifts while championing the adoption of technology.

Today, Alice lives change management through every client engagement—partnering with executives, founders, and investors to design strategies that spark growth, strengthen operations, and unlock sustainable value. She plays a critical role as a catalyst for digital transformation, helping organizations embrace responsible AI (including autonomous systems) and prepare for future innovations during times of rapid change—anchored in human-centered leadership and future-ready strategy. Alice is also a startup advisor for emerging brands at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she helps founders refine their strategies and scale for impact.
